Situated in a brand-new Prospect Heights condominium, this 1,420-square-foot penthouse balances playful pragmatism with elevated living; our design intervention layers bold color, mixed materials, and intriguing forms to animate a blank canvas for a young family and their two Bengal cats.
The home is equal parts playground and retreat, built for a young family of three and two dynamic Bengal cats, Agnes and Hobbes. It's playful without sacrificing function, polished but tuned to the family's daily rhythms. Given a blank canvas, our studio leaned into experimentation, layering bold wallpaper, custom poufs, and designer lighting into a space built for real life.
