An effervescent, 80s pop-inspired energy radiates through this late-1800s Italianate brownstone in Park Slope. Our design intervention draws on colorful terrazzo tile and a nostalgic pastel backdrop, charming this three-floor home with Mediterranean-inflected flair.

Renovated for a young couple, with an additional garden suite for tenancy, the redesign pairs a bright, white luminous parlour floor with vibrant custom furniture built to suit the home's functional layout. Historical elements were retained throughout, bridging modern utility with the home's original character, while textile art pieces with irregular geometric forms and wavy lines lend an expressive, playful charm.
